You can create an attractive entrance to your building with one of our specially designed canopies, as well as adding covered walkways between buildings. They will give your building a stylish and welcoming appearance, and provide useful outdoor protection from the elements. Your canopies and walkways can be curved or flat, cantilevered or supported by posts.

High-performance concrete floor - tough, sound-proofed, reinforced floor for enhanced load-bearing

We have developed a new concrete floor option for areas with high footfall or heavy loading requirements. It is the highest performance floor available for a modular building, giving you all the strength and stability of a traditional structure. The rigid floor means you can also fit durable terrazzo tiling in a modular building for the first time - giving you unlimited floor design options.

The floor's acoustic performance meets stringent Building Regulations requirements for airborne and impact sound. The floor has a point loading of 7kN and a UDL (uniformly distributed load) of 9kN/m². The floor and tiles are fitted in our factory before delivery to site. It's the perfect flooring for high-traffic areas in schools and sports facilities, or areas where heavy equipment is stored. It's also perfect for buildings in which precision procedures are carried out, such as laboratories, clinics and wards.

Biometric access systems - state-of-the-art access technology to safeguard your building

Biometric technology can provide positive proof of a person's identity and deliver accurate and auditable logs of access to your premises or systems. We can fit a range of state-of-the-art biometrics equipment to your building, including fingerprint recognition to prevent unauthorised entry, hand recognition to track time and attendance on busy sites, and facial and iris recognition to control access to restricted areas.
